Chocolate pie ( Raw Food )

Ingredients (pasta): – 1/2 cup [MH1] cocoa powder – 1/2 cup of carob – 1/2 cup ground almonds – 1/3 cup of agave syrup – 1/4 cup of cocoa butter

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients. Line a small removable bottom form (20 cm), pressing well. Refrigerate the dough for an hour before filling.

Ingredients (filling):  – 2 cups of cocoa powder  – 1 and 1/2 cup of agave syrup – 3/4 cup of cocoa butter  – 1 pinch of vanilla (optional)

Preparation:

Beat all the ingredients in a blender and pour over the dough that was in the refrigerator. Freeze for another hour, at least.
